Staff/Faculty Cards

All faculty and staff are eligible to receive a Cardinal Card.  In order to receive a card, you must have a record in the campus human resources system.  You should confirm this with your supervisor prior to getting a card.  Cardinal Cards are printed by the Office of Transportation and Parking Services located in Pryzbyla Center between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. You may be asked to provide a photo ID (e.g., driver's license) when requesting a Cardinal Card.

There is no charge for your first card. There is a $30 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards.

Debit Account

Your Cardinal Card provides a debit account service called Cardinal Cash. Funds deposited into Cardinal Cash can be drawn upon for purchases at any location accepting the Cardinal Card. For a list of current locations accepting Cardinal Card please visit the Locations for Using My Card link on this Web site. Funds can be deposited online using the Cardinal Card account management online service. You can also add cash directly to your account by visiting the Cashiers Office in Leahy Hall (Room 155) or by using one of the Cardinal Card Copy Card vending terminals in Mullen Library (Room 223) or Ward Hall (Room 101).

Building Access

The Cardinal Card provides secure door access to some buildings on campus.  If you work in one of these buildings please contact the Building Administrator or Dean's office at that location to have your card programmed. If you wish access to the DuFour Center please visit the Department of Public Safety Dispatch office in Leahy Hall (Room 124) to have your card programmed.
