You can also report your card lost or stolen by going to the Cardinal Card office during normal business hours.
In an after hours emergency, you can report your card lost or stolen at the Office of Public Safety.

To Obtain a New Card
To obtain a new card you must first proceed to the Public Safety Business Office during normal business hours. Please be sure to specify that the card was lost/stolen so that DPS can take the correct steps to insure your old card can not be used again.

Should you have a meal plan with dining dollars or cardinal cash on the card, your new card will automatically retain you balance and does not need to be reactivated. If you live on campus, you will need to have the card reprogrammed for access to your dormitory by your residence hall office. Any other building access you may need should be addressed by the building administrator of that building.
Please note that if you find the missing card it will no longer be a valid card and it is recommended that you properly dispose of it so as to protect your identity.
